Pilar Elgueta (Chile)

​

Graduated from the School of Art of the Catholic University, she has served as an assistant professor in various subjects.

She was the first place winner of the  # 10 version of the MAVI / Minera Escondida Contemporary Young Art Award in 2015.

He has had exhibitions in Chile and abroad since 2011 to date; in places such as Museum of Contemporary Art (Santiago, Chile), Museum of Visual Arts (Santiago, Chile), Sala Balmaceda Arte Joven (Antofagasta, Chile), Association Culturelle Oblik (Paris, France), Asia Contemporary Art Platform NON Berlin (Berlin , Germany), Ambos Mundos Gallery (Buenos Aires, Argentina), among others.

He has carried out research and work production residencies at the MAVI Museum of Visual Arts, together with Molten Capital at the MAC Museum of Contemporary Art and together with Ambos Mundos Arte Fund in Epecuén, Argentina.
